Farewell and Welcoming

 

Almost 1 week after reporting working here, everything goes well apart from the problem with Xray bucky. So tonight i welcomed to farewell party of two staff pharmacy and welcoming party for me as the new staff. Not much to say here, just share some photo at that night.

Xray KK Song

So today is my first day working at Song Clinic. Many stuff need to short up because i'm the Head Of Department and i'm the "Kuli".So only Picture do the talking.

 Picture show grid cutoff situation. As seem above the exposure is gradually decrease at the side. This happen to table grid. I dont know what happen here, this is new installed machine and just did the T&C and pass. I have to call the technician how to fix this.

So this is on wednesday. Where i do the fixing by my self while on calling to the technician. I have zero knowledge in fixing xray machine but this one is 20cent only. So thats all for today. Need to sleep.

Transfer To New Working Places. Song

So 31 August 2012, its Merdeka!! Malaysia independence day. Today after 5 month at Kapit for my attachment at Kapit Hospital and Clinic beletik, i transfer to Song clinic. Woke early morning say goodbye to everybody and start my motorcycle to Song. To Song from Kapit? Of course there is no road. haha. Will ferries it to Song by express boat. After reach Kapit Whaft and ask some laborman to carry my bike down to boat. Its early morning and 3 person to carry total cost me RM50! Cost to ferries my motorcycle by boat to Song is RM50!! And my self is RM10. Total RM110 for 1 hour trip to Song from Kapit which is so expensive. After reaching Song, i already asked Song clinic staff  to help me carries the luggage and also the bike. Sorry i dont take picture of this 1st part because my hand is full with my bag and luggage. Reach my quaters and greeting my homemate, Mr Asri. Really nice person. So picture below is my room.

Hi, here i wanna share some about my work. See the image above. Its show an radiograph of chest Xray. Any abnormality? yes. See the little dot, its a bullet pieces from pump gun or we call Shotgun. Not really know what happen because this xray is taken by one of my coworker.

Its Monday. Today i got some present. They said its from Secret Admire. I wondering. WHO is it. Deep in my heart i kinna know who she is.

KK Song 1st Xray T&C

So finally its T&C time. T&C or Testing and Commissioning is done everytime we received new equipment to meet the vendor spec. So today early morning me and my boss go to Song Whaft to take the earliers boat to song which is 8AM. Its take only 1 hour to reach Song with tiket price RM10. Nice... There we been fetch up by Song Driver Mr Jaie. Very nice guys and friendly. Go eat some "mee goreng basah" with him. Around 10PM T&C started with Mdm Boon and Abeck technician. The good news is Machine install correctly but the room got some radiation leaked on the door and lead windows.
